What is the metaverse? How much of an impact will the metaverse have on our daily lives in the very near future?
In this episode of the Teach Middle East Podcast, we chat with Phil Redhead about why educators need to pay attention to the metaverse.
Bio: Originally from the UK, Phil has worked in education for over twenty years, as a teacher, school senior leader, consultant and digital education transformation director. He was Head of Digital Learning for the GEMS Education group and has advised Ministries of Education in four countries across the Gulf region on hybrid and remote learning strategies and learning technologies. Phil has led and managed large, diverse, global teams tasked with the digital transformation of schools within a range of complex environments, delivering customer-focused outcomes and high levels of impact and satisfaction. Most recently, Phil was the education technology lead for Deloitte Middle East before joining Kinteract, where he is helping to develop next-generation technology that drives holistic, personalised learning for all.
