Rashid and Latifa Schools Establishment (RLSE) is launching a strategic initiative to redefine and enhance the educational experience at Rashid School for Boys (RSB) and Latifa School for Girls (LSG). The plan involves integrating RSB and LSG under one umbrella, adopting a joint-leadership structure, and using the unified name Rashid and Latifa School (RLS). Single-gender education will continue from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 13, with separate campuses for boys and girls.

His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, UAE Minister of Education and Chairman of RLSE’s Board of Trustees emphasized the importance of providing a transformative educational experience, with students learning through real-life challenges and project-based learning. RLS will also focus on sustainability in education, positioning itself as a global centre of excellence.
