
The Ministry of Education drew the attention of patrons at GITEX 2014 being held in Dubai, visitors flocked to the pedagogical and educational services smart platform which the Ministry had on display. They were kept entertained with daily contests and information on the Ministry’s initiatives for three consecutive days. The Ministry also announced that it is about to expand its smart initiative, to add more services for the benefit of its customers, particularly the parents. This expansion includes up to 40 new services, along with the development of intelligent administrative services for employees of the education zones and schools.

H.E. Marwan Ahmad Al-Sawaleh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, said that the Ministry is constantly working to upgrade services, internally as well as for the public’s use. He stressed that the Ministry of Education will spare no effort in using the best modern technologies, to enable it to offer its services in the simplest and fastest way. This, he said, shows their commitment to achieving the highest levels of precision and service.
He also noted that the Ministry is now working to improve the quality of administrative functions, and the development of additional services, which include an email system that will help to streamline internal communications.
Mr Marwan Al Sawaleh said that, it is the Ministry’s aim to be at the forefront with technology and to be a model for the use of smart services. He stressed their commitment to achieving customer satisfaction and gaining the public’s trust, especially the parents.
