The children are the leaders of the future, and I am an expert in helping them realise their potential. I believe that innovation in education and being out of the box is the key to success.Ola Elkhatib Ola is an Educator at NLCS Dubai, a Teacher Trainer at Pedagogical Transformations, and a Wellbeing and mental Health Coach. With a master’s degree in Education from UOW, She excels in leadership, teaching, and coaching, guiding clients to focus on what truly matters at work and in life. Ola Elevates Education through OlavatEd, empowering stakeholders for sustainable excellence.Ahmad Jehad An accredited teacher, head of the Islamic department, and a licensed inspector from Tribal UK, I hold a BA in Islamic studies. My film production background enriches my innovative teaching methods. I aim to create a vibrant, inclusive learning environment, emphasising my commitment to educational excellence.Reehan Kamamji, I’m the head of the Islamic Department and Islamic for non-Arabs. I have been a teacher in primary, middle school and secondary school. I like to share my experience in how to elevate and improve the teaching and learning of Islamic Studies in British and international curricula by using a smart and useful strategy that helps students enjoy their learning and engage the learners to make connections with values and everyday life. I also like to coach teachers to teach to the top and deliver Islamic Studies in the best way.Sajida AL Bashir, I am the Assistant Head Teacher for Arabic and Islamic Education and the National Agenda at Royal Grammar Guildford School in Dubai. I hold a Master of Education from the American University in Dubai class 2019 with a Professional Teaching Certificate from AUD and a Bachelor of Islamic Law from the University of Jordan class 1996. I have been a leader and a teacher for the last 28 years, Most of my experience is in leading Arabic, Islamic, and Social Studies departments. I had the privilege to teach many subjects such as Arabic, Islamic Education, Social Studies, and PSHCE in American, British, and IB schools here in Dubai. I am a mother of four amazing kids, and I choose to educate my children is very important; as an educator, I am a custodian and must take on this responsibility with great care. I am truly privileged to be in a position to make a difference in the lives of the young people I encounter daily. I believe every interaction and every conversation makes a difference. It is this that drives what I do and builds relationships that foster trust, confidence, and hope for the future.
