HE Dr. Amal Al Qubaisi, Director General of the ADEC, has extended her condolences to the family of the slain American teacher.
She added that “the crime comes as an unfortunate surprise given how secure the UAE is. Our UAE society is known for tolerance and harmony among all nationalities. We are a country that respects and encourages all cultures to live in peace and security.” Al Qubaisi lauded the exceptional follow up by H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. She thanked the Ministry of Interior for their efforts in arresting the female suspect.
