In line with their vision to be recognised as a top government entity for customer satisfaction, the Abu Dhabi Education Council’s (ADEC’s) Customer Service Division announced that Grade 12 transcript attestation services across both public and private schools are now available.
Mr. Saoud Al Neyadi, ADEC’s Customer Service Division Manager, said that ADEC’s mission is to transform customer experience, embed a culture of striving for excellence, and seek innovative ways to continuously put the customer first. The performance of people, processes, and technology is continuously assessed to drive improvements.
“The CS Division strives to serve customers at record time and provides all type of services that contribute to enhancing the customers’ satisfaction, while improving a customer’s experience across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,” he explained.
Mr. Al-Nayadi pointed out that the waiting time at CSC could be very long, particularly during peak months such as by the end of the academic year. “ADEC has improved the service level while enabling public schools to provide issuance and attestation services to enhance capabilities and reduce the burden imposed on customers.”
ADEC provides a range of integrated services to attest certificates in both public and private schools, due to the need of Grade 12 students to attest Grade 10 & Grade 11 certificates and good conduct certificates for submission to higher education institutions. The public school vice-principal is delegated to issue and attest certificates, collect the fees and deliver certificates to students as of Sunday May 15th 2016 until 26th May 2016.
Grade 12 public school students and private MOE (Ministry of Education) curriculum schools may attest their certificates at 23 Tamm centers across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. In addition, they could apply online via www.adec.ac.ae or visit customer service centers in Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain & the Western Region for issuance and attestation of their certificates from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
