When using the “Teach UAE Magazine Services”, you will also be subject to our Privacy Policy and additional posted guidelines, policies or rules applicable to specific services and features on such “Teach UAE Magazine’s Products”, which may be posted by us from time to time (collectively, the “Guidelines”). You may link to our YouTube Channel – Teach UAE Magazine TV to access our videos for external download for personal, educational or live presentation use only. Teach UAE Magazine does not allow, accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than those it has specifically requested.  As such, we must request that users of Our Products NOT submit or send any original creative materials, including but not limited to submissions of scripts, story lines, fan fiction, characters, drawings, information, suggestions, ideas or concepts. If you send certain specific submissions (e.g., postings to chats, surveys, message boards, contests, or similar items) or, despite our request that you not send us any other creative materials, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively the “Submissions”) such Submissions shall be deemed and shall remain the property of Teach UAE Magazine in perpetuity. By making any Submission, the sender automatically grants or warrants that the owner of such material expressly grants Us the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) digitally, in print (on Our Web site, Social Media platforms) and/or in Our Marketing Promotions and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for any purpose that We choose, whether internal, public, commercial or otherwise, without any compensation, credit or notice to the sender whatsoever. The sender waives all so-called “moral rights” in all Submissions.

You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on to the Services any libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or otherwise illegal or culturally, ethnically offensive material that infringes upon the rights of others. You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse other Members, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or “spam.”

Our online conversation flourishes only when our Members feel welcome and safe. You agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Services. Any person involved in or affiliated with the production of a work reviewed on teachuae.com or elsewhere in the Services may not submit a Readers’ Review for that work or competing works.

The failure of Teach UAE Magazine to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

You may not delegate or transfer your duties and obligations under this Agreement or assign this Agreement or your Teach UAE Magazine account, in whole or in part, to anyone. Teach UAE Magazine may assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without notice or consent, including in connection with any merger (including by operation of law), consolidation, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of its related assets or similar transaction.
